At Swasti Niketan, we are committed to offering a serene and premium experience surrounded by nature. We kindly request all guests to follow the below guidelines during their stay or visit.

🔹 1. Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onward
• Check-out Time: 10:30 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

🔹 2. Identity Verification

• All guests must present a valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at check-in.
• Foreign guests must present a valid passport with visa.

🔹 3. Visitor Policy

• Outside guests are not allowed inside rooms or tents after 9:00 PM without prior approval from management.
• Entry to private or restricted zones (tree houses, wellness areas, banquet preps) is allowed only with permission.

🔹 4. Alcohol & Smoking Policy

• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated private areas (rooms, banquet hall with license).
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, common indoor areas, and near children’s park zones.
• Violation may result in a fine or removal from premises.

🔹 5. Child Safety & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by guardians at all times, especially near water fountains, tree houses, or adventure zones.
• Swasti Niketan is not liable for any injury resulting from unsupervised behavior.

🔹 6. Pets

• Pets are currently not allowed within the resort premises (unless mentioned in specific packages).

🔹 7. Property Damage

• Guests will be held responsible for any intentional or accidental damage to resort property.
• Charges will be levied for breakage, stained linens, or loss of electronic remotes or keys.

🔹 8. Noise & Conduct

• Maintain peaceful decorum, especially in shared zones like the restaurant, garden, and spa.
• Loud music or disruptive gatherings after 10 PM is strictly prohibited.

🔹 9. Food & Beverage

• Outside food & drinks are not allowed in rooms or restaurant zones.
• For guests with medical/dietary needs, prior permission can be taken.
• Swasti Niketan reserves the right to deny cooking, alcohol consumption, or open fire inside rooms or tents.

🔹 10. Wildlife & Eco Responsibility

• Do not harm or feed animals or birds around the property.
• Avoid littering — use dustbins placed throughout the campus.
• Tree-climbing, branch cutting, or misuse of forest elements is strictly prohibited.

🔹 11. Emergencies

• Emergency contact numbers (Reception, First Aid, Security) are provided in each room.
• In case of fire, injury, or health issues, please contact our staff immediately.
• A first-aid box and basic medical support is available on the premises.

🔹 12. Photography & Media Use

• Personal photography is welcome.
• Drone usage, professional shoots, or pre-wedding photography requires prior permission and may attract separate charges.
• The resort reserves the right to use photos/videos taken within the premises (excluding guest privacy areas) for promotional purposes.

🔹 13. Reservation and Pricing Terms

• All bookings are subject to Swasti Niketan’s payment, cancellation & refund policies.
• Pricing may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or special events.

🔹 14. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to deny entry, cancel bookings, or evict guests without refund in case of policy violations, safety concerns, or disrespectful conduct.
