Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. At Swasti Niketan, we strive to make your experience seamless โ€” even when cancellations happen. Please review our policy below for information on how refunds and cancellations are handled.

๐Ÿ”น 1. General Cancellation Terms

  1. Resort Room & Tent House Booking
  • More than 7 days before check-in:
    โœ… 90% refund of the paid amount (10% processing fee deducted)
  • 3 to 6 days before check-in:
    โœ… 50% refund of the paid amount
  • Less than 48 hours before check-in or No Show:
    โŒ No refund
  1. Banquet Hall / Event Space Booking
  • Advance booking amount is non-refundable unless specified in writing at the time of confirmation.
  • For high-demand dates, 100% advance may be required, and refunds will be governed by custom terms shared in your booking agreement.
  1. Restaurant / Cafรฉ Table Reservations
  • No advance is required for regular table booking.
  • For prepaid buffets, celebrations, or bulk orders, cancellation within 48 hours results in no refund.
  1. Spa & Wellness Appointments
  • Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please reach out to us via:

Please mention your Booking ID, Name, Date, and Contact Number for smooth processing.

๐Ÿ”น 3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original source of payment (e.g., bank account, UPI, card).
  • Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.

๐Ÿ”น 4. Force Majeure Policy

Swasti Niketan shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Civil disturbances

In such cases, we may offer credit notes or rescheduling options instead of direct refunds.

๐Ÿ”น 5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • “No Show” without intimation
  • Partial usage of services (e.g., early checkout)
  • Bookings made on special discounted packages or โ€œnon-refundableโ€ offers
  • Fake, fraudulent, or duplicate transaction claims without proof

In case of refund disputes, please write to us at info@swastiniketan.com.
If unresolved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Paschim Medinipur District Court, West Bengal, India.
