Swasti Niketan – Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Swasti Niketan (Resort, Restaurant, Banquet & Wellness Retreat). These Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online and digital transactions made via our official website (www.swastiniketan.com) or through authorized booking portals, payment links, or QR-based solutions.

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

Swasti Niketan accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AMEX)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking (via supported banks)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • EMI options (for banquet bookings or wellness packages, subject to gateway support)
  • Bank Transfers (for special corporate or event packages only, upon request)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners like Razorpay, Paytm, or others, and are encrypted using SSL technologies.

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm reservations for rooms, restaurants, banquets, wellness sessions, or tent houses.
  • Full payment may be required during peak season or for special packages.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to realization of payment.
  • An auto-generated receipt/invoice will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in or event date are eligible for a 90% refund (10% processing charges apply).
  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or event.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Banquet/event bookings may have custom cancellation policies, shared at the time of booking.
  1. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
  • In case of a failed payment, no booking is confirmed, and any deducted amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider within 5–7 business days.
  • For duplicate payments, kindly email us at swastiniketanofficial@gmail.com or call +91 81004 27237 / +91 73648 19055 within 24 hours for resolution.
  1. Security & Privacy
  • All transactions are secured by leading payment gateway partners and comply with PCI DSS standards.
  • Swasti Niketan does not store your card or banking credentials.
  • Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy (link to be inserted once published).
  1. Pricing & Taxes
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Final price may include room tariff, food charges, utility fees, and service tax as per government norms.
  1. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to payments:

  • Please contact our customer support at swastiniketanofficial@gmail.com
  • If unresolved, matters will be subject to jurisdiction of Paschim Medinipur Court, West Bengal, India.
  1. Changes to These Terms

Swasti Niketan reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply to all transactions thereafter.
